Software Authorization and Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your software purchase, you may return it to Palisade within 30 days of the original date of purchase for a refund of the price paid as long as the software has not been authorized. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable. Palisade reserves the right to refuse returns of software over 30 days after purchase, or that has been authorized.
All Palisade software requires authorization to function perpetually. Authorization is a simple process that allows the software to function on your computer and prevents illegal duplication of the software. You may use the software for up to 30 days after installation without authorizing it. After 30 days, the software will no longer function until you authorize it. Authorization is a simple click of a button upon software launch. Once the software has been authorized, it may not be returned. Authorization does not collect, transmit, or use any personally identifiable information.
Downloading vs. Shipping
Most Palisade software products are available for immediate download. Software purchased with this delivery method will not receive a shipped box, physical media or documentation. All printed documentation is included in the software Help files and as PDFs.
Software purchased for shipment will be shipped a physical box, media, and documentation, and a shipping fee will be charged. This fee is computed automatically in the shopping cart.
Sales Tax
Customers in NY, MD, IN, and Canada must pay sales tax or GST on all purchases, whether downloaded or shipped, whether physical products or seminars. This tax is automatically computed in the shopping cart.
Shipping Method
Palisade normally ships orders within 2 business days. All shipments within the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) are sent via UPS 2nd Day Air, which takes 2 business days. Shipments to Canada, Mexico, or other countries are sent via UPS Worldwide Express, which takes 2-5 business days, depending on the country. Palisade is not responsible for shipping delays due to UPS, customs, or import problems. Orders received after 12:00 pm EST are normally processed the next business day.
Import Duties
Palisade is not responsible for import taxes, brokerage fees, customs duties, or any other charges or fees assessed to you in the process of importing Palisade products into your country, even if the products are later returned to Palisade.
Seminar Cancellation Policy
If you cancel a seminar registration 15 business days or more prior to the start of the first day of the training class, no cancellation fee will be applied and a full refund is given. If you cancel a seminar registration 14 business days or less prior to the start of the first day of the training class, a credit will be given for the price paid. The credit can be used toward a future seminar or software purchase. However, the registration fee will not be refunded.
Palisade reserves the right to cancel or reschedule seminars. In the event Palisade cancels a seminar, additional seminar dates will be offered or a full refund of the registration fee will be given. Palisade is not responsible for reimbursement of any travel-related expenses should it be necessary to cancel or reschedule a training.
Book Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your book purchase, you may return it to Palisade within 30 days of the original date of purchase for a refund of the price paid. Original and return shipping charges are not refundable, and books must be in good, resaleable condition.
