With over 110 delegates in attendance, the third Palisade User Conference Europe was a resounding success. The event was held 22-23 April, 2008, at the Institute of Directors building in central London. Marked by case studies and software training encompassing all-new DecisionTools Suite software @RISK 5.0, PrecisionTree 5.0, TopRank 5.0, NeuralTools 5.0 and others, the forum sparked numerous discussions about how best to approach problems in energy, finance, manufacturing, and more. Quantitative finance expert, publisher, and author Paul Wilmott delivered an engaging � and humourous - keynote address, highlighting common pitfalls in quantitative analysis and how to avoid them.
