And, Maintenance keeps you up-to-date with the latest software releases - automatically. We make keeping current with your maintenance simple � just wait for the renewal notice to arrive in the mail. With Palisade Maintenance, owning the software is as easy as buying it.

Comprehensive Coverage
With Palisade Maintenance Plans, you get all you need in a single plan. Palisade Maintenance Plans include:
Free Technical Support for 12 months via hotline or email. Technical Support hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm GMT. Technical Support is available for software installation, resolving software errors, assisting with software operation, and limited model de-bugging. Technical Support is not designed for building spreadsheet models from scratch, extensive model de-bugging, or software training. These services may be obtained from our Training and Consulting department.
Access to the Palisade online HelpDesk 24 hours per day.  With the HelpDesk, you can submit new incidents, and check the status of open problems.
Unlimited, 24-hour access to Palisade’s online technical support KnowledgeBase.  A tremendous self-help resource, this is the same database of information the Palisade technical support staff uses.  A quick check of the KnowledgeBase often solves the problem in just a few minutes.
Unlimited number of incidents for 12 months.
Guaranteed 24 hour or next business day Technical Support response time.
Free software maintenance updates, such as bug fixes or minor product enhancements.
Free automatic full version upgrades for 12 months. Any new major releases of the covered software will automatically be sent at no charge.
Automatically renewed and billed every 12 months to ensure support never lapses.

Easy to Order
In most cases, a full year of Maintenance is included when you purchase your software.  Renewal notices are mailed out shortly before Maintenance Plans are set to expire.  If you wish to renew your lapsed plan or have questions about maintenance, contact us today:

If you choose not to renew your Maintenance Plan, none of the above benefits will be available to you.  Technical support is available for £65 per incident, and future software upgrades will be made available at standard retail prices.

If you wish to renew a lapsed Maintenance Plan, you will be charged for the period since the Maintenance Plan lapsed.  You will also be charged a reactivation fee of 20% of your overall annual Maintenance fee per lapsed year.  Partial years are billed on a pro-rata basis.
